Dancing for Fitness & Fun

Join Bonnie Wallace for a fun and uplifting beginning level dance class to infuse breath, balance, strength and grace into your body. This one hour class will include a warm up, stretches, and dance techniques, as well as easy to learn choreography. Bonnie has been teaching dance in the community for 10 years and is looking forward to teaching you some dance moves!

Up, Down, & Around: Cardio and Strength Training

Join Charletha Tatum, certified fitness instructor and personal trainer, for Up, Down, & Around, a cardio and strength training class structured for beginner to advanced exercisers. The class with consist of core stabilization and functional strength movements as well as intervals of basic cardio movements. The class will also incorporate stretching and balancing exercises.

Use a camera or smart phone to learn the tricks of the trade to produce the best photographs possible. Students are invited to explore the world through the camera lens and produce beautiful art for all to enjoy.

Join Kristina Nikols to experience a guided meditation along with Distance Reiki (energy healing) from the comfort of home. Reiki is a form of energy healing that works even through distance. It has many benefits and may assist in decreasing symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. Many feel a sense of calm and ease after receiving Reiki—some people fall asleep because they become so relaxed and comfortable!

Mindfulness for Health
