Join Bonnie Wallace for a fun and uplifting beginning level dance class to infuse breath, balance, strength and grace into your body. This one hour class will include a warm up, stretches, and dance techniques, as well as easy to learn choreography. Bonnie has been teaching dance in the community for 10 years and is looking forward to teaching you some dance moves!
Pilates is a unique exercise system which builds an incredibly high degree of abdominal and back strength, flexibility of spine and limbs, improved concentration, and coordination of breath with motion. This class focuses on the restorative qualities of the exercise system for those in recovery.
